Mach 2 Launch: Powering the Future of Smart Aerospace Production

Mach2 a name that stands for speed, And a reminder of why we built this company in the first place. To move faster, build smarter, and redefine what aerospace manufacturing can achieve.

Happy to announce new 200,000 sq. ft. next-generation, software-defined manufacturing facility at Horizon Industrial Parks, Hyderabad marking a major step forward. It will take our total footprint to over 250,000 sq. ft. and expand our capabilities by nearly 3X. But Mach 2 is not just a larger facility, It’s a statement about the velocity we want to operate at.

Designed from the ground up as a software-defined, AI-augmented manufacturing system, Mach 2 will bring together digital twins, autonomous machining, and AI-led process control. The goal is simple: shorter lead times, higher precision, and faster execution for complex aerospace components. What makes this moment meaningful is how far the team has come in such a short time. In just 24 months,  Jeh Aerospace grown into a 120+ member team, delivered more than 150,000 flight-critical components, and built an order book of over USD 150 million+. Not by chasing speed for its own sake, but by building discipline, capability, and trust every day.

Mach 2 gives us the platform to take that momentum and push it further.

  • To build with more accuracy.
  • To deliver with more predictability.
  • And to move with the kind of speed the aerospace industry now demands.
  • Mach 2 is where the next phase of our journey begins — a place where machines think, processes learn, and people build at a pace that reflects what the future of aerospace should look like.
