LOT Polish Airlines has connected Warsaw with Bangkok. On 7 October 2026, the inaugural flight to the Thai capital took off from Chopin Airport, broadening the range of opportunities available to those willing to reach one of Southeast Asia’s key business and tourism hubs.
This new route strengthens the national carrier’s presence in Asia and expands the range of long-haul connections available from Warsaw.
Between 7 and 25 October 2026, flight LO65 departing Warsaw for Bangkok will be taking off on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 3:45 pm, while the return leg (LO66) from Bangkok to Warsaw is scheduled to depart on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, at 9:05 am. With the start of the winter season on 26 October, the frequency of the service will increase, the hours will also be slightly adjusted. Until November 1, flights to Bangkok will operate five times a week, while flights to Warsaw will operate four times a week.
From 2 November, flights to Bangkok will be taking to the skies six times a week, with the exception of Fridays. During this period, the departure time from Warsaw will also change from 3:45 pm to 2:45 pm. Return flights to Warsaw will depart daily at 9:05 am, except for Saturdays. For the summer season — lasting between 28 March and 28 October 2027 — three flights to the Thai capital are scheduled each week.
The new route offers not only a more convenient way to reach Thailand but also serves as a vital link connecting Central and Eastern Europe with one of the world’s most dynamic regions. Flights to Bangkok open up new opportunities for both business and leisure travel, facilitating economic ties and exchanges between Poland and Thailand. The direct flight from Warsaw to Bangkok takes approximately 10 hours and 20 minutes, while the return flight takes about 11 hours and 15 minutes. LOT aircraft arrive at Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi (BKK) — the Thai capital’s main international airport — located roughly 30 kilometers east of the city center.
